This is an online peer support group for people who identify as having experience of challenges relating to ADHD and/or the Autism spectrum.
The aim of the group is to validate experiences and to give people space for voice and narrative to be heard. Group members discuss and share coping strategies and provide mutual emotional support to each other.
This takes place online 6pm – 7pm the last Wednesday of the month throughout July and September. Next online meeting Wednesday 31 July. Register with ARCHES Recovery College using the form below or by phone or email to be sent a Microsoft Teams link to join the group.
The Recovery College welcomes anyone residing in Community Healthcare East (Dublin South East, South Dublin, and East Wicklow) who either (1) identifies as having a lived experience of mental health difficulties; (2) is a member of a family impacted by poor mental health; or (3) is a mental health professional working in the Cluain Mhuire or HSE Mental Health Services.
