Boost Your Resilience in Centenary House, York Road, Dún Laoghaire

 

 

3 X 2 hour sessions

 

Resilience involves successfully adapting to difficult or challenging life experiences, especially through mental, emotional, and behavioural flexibility.

 

In this course, you will learn practical skills to become more resilient to life’s difficulties and adversities.

 

Location: Centenary House, York Road, Dún Laoghaire

11am – 1pm Thursdays 16, 23, 30 May

 

The Recovery College welcomes anyone residing in Community Healthcare East (Dublin South East, South Dublin, and East Wicklow) who either (1) identifies as having a lived experience of mental health difficulties; (2) is a member of a family impacted by poor mental health; or (3) is a mental health professional working in the Cluain Mhuire or HSE Mental Health Services.
