Self-care refers to the intentional behaviours people use to maintain, enhance, or restore their psychological well-being and physical health.
It includes a range of strategies and habits aimed at managing stress, improving mood, fostering resilience, and promoting emotional, cognitive, and social health.
This 2-hour session will help you develop your own self-care plan.
Location: ARCHES Recovery College, Clonskeagh, Dublin 6
2pm – 4pm Tuesday 21 January
The Recovery College welcomes anyone residing in Community Healthcare East (Dublin South East, South Dublin, and East Wicklow) who either (1) identifies as having a lived experience of mental health difficulties; (2) is a member of a family impacted by poor mental health; or (3) is a mental health professional working in the Cluain Mhuire or HSE Mental Health Services.
