Healthy Food Made Easy in the Kilmullen Enterprise Centre, Newcastle Hospital, Wicklow.

 

 

6 X 2.5 hours sessions

 

Run in collaboration with a dietician, this course aims to:

 

  1. To encourage healthy eating,
  2. Improve knowledge of nutrition when preparing our meals at home, and
  3. Help people learn to cook healthy meals on a budget.

 

It is evidence informed and can help you manage the impact of mental health difficulties and medication on physical health.

 

Location: Kilmullen Enterprise Centre, Newcastle Hospital, Wicklow.

10.30am – 1pm Thursdays 14, 21, 28 November and 5, 12, 19 December

 

 

The Recovery College welcomes anyone residing in Community Healthcare East (Dublin South East, South Dublin, and East Wicklow) who either (1) identifies as having a lived experience of mental health difficulties; (2) is a member of a family impacted by poor mental health; or (3) is a mental health professional working in the Cluain Mhuire or HSE Mental Health Services.
