1 X 2 hour session.
Struggling to get to, or to stay, asleep is a common problem.
This 2-hour session is designed to help people improve their sleep quality through evidence-based techniques and personalised strategies.
Participants will explore the science of sleep, the interplay between mental health and sleep, and different sleep processes that determine when we sleep.
It will give you actionable insights and help you develop a tailored plan to enhance your sleep and overall quality of life.
