In collaboration with ARCHES & The PARC Project and Supported by our creativity and mental health facilitators Isabelle and Cathy, this is an opportunity to make art with our community in a way that is directed by you.

Exercises are facilitated each week that you can take part in if you like.

We provide the art supplies, and a safe, welcoming, creative space and you bring your imagination and share your art with others.

People can join throughout the year.

Location: Bray Primary Care Centre, Co. Wicklow.

11am – 12:30pm every Friday in January, February and March (excluding 28 February. 31 January will be 11.30am to 1pm)

The Recovery College welcomes anyone residing in Community Healthcare East (Dublin South East, South Dublin, and East Wicklow) who either (1) identifies as having a lived experience of mental health difficulties; (2) is a member of a family impacted by poor mental health; or (3) is a mental health professional working in the Cluain Mhuire or HSE Mental Health Services.
