Pathways Through Winter in the Bray Primary Care Centre

  • 4 x 2 hour sessions.

 

  • This course is run in collaboration with the PARC Project and it aims to help people develop, and put into action, a plan to stay well through the winter.

 

  • Many of us find winter a challenging time for our mental health, join us for a series of 5 winter workshops to map out your own path through the  winter.

 

  • Sessions include relaxation techniques, winter action planning, community signposting, and preparing for your next steps in 2025.

 

Location: Meals on Wheels Unit, Bray Primary Care Centre, Killarney Road, Bray, Co. Wicklow, A98 KW13

2pm – 3.30pm Thursdays 14, 21, 28 November and 5 December

 

The Recovery College welcomes anyone residing in Community Healthcare East (Dublin South East, South Dublin, and East Wicklow) who either (1) identifies as having a lived experience of mental health difficulties; (2) is a member of a family impacted by poor mental health; or (3) is a mental health professional working in the Cluain Mhuire or HSE Mental Health Services.
