This is our creativity and mental health programme. Course 1 looks at the meaning of the word ‘Recovery’.
It aims to use ‘art journaling’ (creating a personal visual journal), painting, drawing, colour, and collage), to support you in identifying what recovery means to you.

The Recovery College welcomes anyone residing in Community Healthcare East (Dublin South East, South Dublin, and East Wicklow) who either (1) identifies as having a lived experience of mental health difficulties; (2) is a member of a family impacted by poor mental health; or (3) is a mental health professional working in the Cluain Mhuire or HSE Mental Health Services.
