Recovery in Colour 1 (The meaning of Recovery) in Bray Primary Care Centre

6 X 2 hour sessions.

This is our creativity and mental health programme. Course 1 looks at the meaning of the word ‘Recovery’.

It aims to use ‘art journaling’ (creating a personal visual journal), painting, drawing, colour, and collage), to support you in identifying what recovery means to you.

Location: Bray Primary Care Centre, Bray, Co. Wicklow.

10am – 12pm Wednesday 28 February, 6, 13, 20, 27 March, and 3 April.

The Recovery College welcomes anyone residing in Community Healthcare East (Dublin South East, South Dublin, and East Wicklow) who either (1) identifies as having a lived experience of mental health difficulties; (2) is a member of a family impacted by poor mental health; or (3) is a mental health professional working in the Cluain Mhuire or HSE Mental Health Services.
