This course is part of our creativity and mental health programme. It is the second of three courses and focuses on self-care.

This course aims to use ‘art journalling’ (creating a personal visual journal), painting, drawing, colour, and collage, to explore ways to look after our body, mind, and soul.

Note, you do not need to have completed course 1 to attend course 2.

Location: Bray Primary Care Centre, Bray, Co. Wicklow.

The Recovery College welcomes anyone residing in Community Healthcare East (Dublin South East, South Dublin, and East Wicklow) who either (1) identifies as having a lived experience of mental health difficulties; (2) is a member of a family impacted by poor mental health; or (3) is a mental health professional working in the Cluain Mhuire or HSE Mental Health Services.
