• This course is part of our creativity and mental health programme. It is the third of three courses and looks at your future goals and aspirations.
• This course aims to use ‘art journalling’ (creating a personal visual journal), painting, drawing, colour, and collage, to explore life challenges, supports, and the potential for growth, as we develop our own vision of a positive future .
• Note, you do not need to have completed Course 1 or 2 to attend course 3.
Location: Bray Primary Care Centre, Bray, Co. Wicklow.
11am – 1pm Tuesdays 10,17,24 September and 1,8,15 October
The Recovery College welcomes anyone residing in Community Healthcare East (Dublin South East, South Dublin, and East Wicklow) who either (1) identifies as having a lived experience of mental health difficulties; (2) is a member of a family impacted by poor mental health; or (3) is a mental health professional working in the Cluain Mhuire or HSE Mental Health Services.
