Operating from ARCHES Recovery College, Clonskeagh, the mental health charity Shine can offer people with experience of mental health difficulties or their family members and supporters dedicated one to one Recovery Keyworking support.

This involves planning recovery goals, identifying community re-sources (ARCHES, HSE Mental Health Services, education, social outlets, hobby opportunities), considering your skills and strengths, and being supported to take steps to achieve goals.

Typically, this takes place one hour a week on Monday mornings or afternoons for a number of weeks. This service is available by appointment by contacting info@archesrecovery.ie or calling 087 342 9922.
