5 half days (2.5 hour sessions).
Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP) is an evidence based self-management programme that helps people be well and stay well.
Completing a WRAP course provides people with an action plan that helps them respond to signs that they are struggling or experiencing a life crisis. WRAP can empower people to take care of themselves, tell their supporters how they want to be helped, and communicate to their clinical teams what their preferences are.
